I am posting a link to the new Basic Grey "mid-show" release. It's called Euphoria and well, we are not particularly euphoric about it. Will we order some? Yes, we already did. However, we aren't so tickled and are not quite sure how our customers would feel about Euphoria. We can always adjust the order if you would rather buy Euphora more than milk, eggs and GAS! LOL.
So, reply to the blogpost and give us your opinions. Since your opinions really do count the most, we will have a drawing from the replies and give away a pack of the Romani Basic Grey collection- which we are much more euphoric about. http://scrapgenie.blogspot.com/2008/05/new-euphoria-from-basicgrey.html
It's ok, unless it does freaky things to my mind if I lick it! lol

Nice colors; could certainly do something with it. Can't have enough papers in your stash (or mine)!

I think it looks all too purple because it is side by side. Once you use it on layouts with pictures and cardstock it will look different.

Very nice colors. Um, not exactly sure what I would do with it. Maybe use it for a gift or altered craft.

Is purple the new pink? I've been seeing more purple in stores and was wondering if this isn't the new "in" color for fall. Usually scrapbooking items mimic the fashion colors (and styles:flowers, circles, etc.) I'm not a purple person either. However I wasn't a lime green person either (sorry Julie ...LOL) and look at all the LO's I do in lime green now!

I like the colors, especially the geometrics(?), but not crazy about the florals .... too busy to suit me. Maybe they are better in person but if you are not euphoric then, perhaps, not.

Not crazy about any of the papers. I do like the rub-ons but I would use them on some other papers. Love the comment about milk and gas!!
Love Denise

Basic Grey definitely has better lines - in my opinion based on my taste. But that isn't saying I couldn't use it. Basic Grey is a great product even on a not so good day.

I'm a purple fan myself, so I like it! Nice to see Basic Grey going a little brighter, dare I say neonish?!

Its cute, not a must have 4 me. I'm not really a one giant purple people eater. lol

Since they are mainly "girlie" colors I don't think I will need to add them to my collection!

I LOVE purple, but don't tend to use it much. And actually, I would categorize this set as more pink than purple. I'd love to see it IRL though since I am a big BG fan!

I like it! Finally a line that doesn't look like all their old lines!

a little different. i mainly do boy things so not sure I will get it. but I do have a couple of girls in the mix. would be cute more as altered items than on a page

Not EUPHORIC about it!

Purple is my favorite color! At least it was before I checked out that link... Would rather spend it on gas, if I have to.

I did not care for the flowers but the other papers looked ok. Not too much of a purple person either but some of it could work for a wedding album I should be getting done.

Julie, I'm with you. I'm hoping those are just really bad photos because it looks like a pastel test pattern. But please don't blame it on the purple, it's not the purple's fault, there are many other issues at work here.

Um, not so much. I with the pink girls.

Not my cup of tea. I would rather buy gas.

I love purple as you may already know! Remember how much I loved the little purple shell album that wasn't going to be a class? I'll probably buy most of the stuff besides the paper pack. Fran

How could you not like purple? I LOVE purple! But I probably wouldn't scrap with Euphoria anyway.

I do like the one sheet called "Elysian". I do not think I will be rushing out to buy it. All it takes is some fantastic layouts and of course I may change my mind ;)
